Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds Security

Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the 75bk platform and the bet appears in your account's bet history with an active status. 75bk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, and bets that appear to exploit a technical error or pricing anomaly in the platform's odds feed.
Cricket Betting Rules
Cricket markets on 75bk cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournament fixtures, and all Bangladesh Tigers international matches. For a match bet to stand, a minimum number of overs as specified in the individual market rules must have been completed. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, settled bets will be governed by the applicable market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play cricket markets are suspended automatically during wickets, reviews, and over changes — any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
Maximum Payout Limits
75bk applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page at the time of bet placement. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a given event will be capped at that maximum. Maximum payout limits exist to ensure the platform's long-term financial sustainability and to protect the integrity of the markets offered.
Void Bets and Refunds
A bet may be voided by 75bk in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; the bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or the market rules specify voiding conditions that apply to the outcome in question. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full within 24 hours of the void decision being made.

Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded to a player's account carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the use of those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only — not to the player's cash balance. Bonus funds are used first, ahead of cash balance, when calculating wager contributions.
Eligible Games and Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers on pre-match and in-play markets at odds of 1.5 or greater typically contribute 100% toward bonus wagering. Slot games from eligible providers generally contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate of between 10% and 50%, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Abuse
75bk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using arbitrage strategies or low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine game play risk; and providing false or inaccurate information to qualify for a promotion.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and free bet credits that have not been used within the period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of all active bonuses from their account dashboard.
Closure by the Player
You may close your 75bk account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, 75bk will process any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Account closure requests submitted during an active self-exclusion period will be processed in accordance with the responsible gaming tools terms.
Suspension or Closure by 75bk
75bk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- Evidence of underage gambling, identity fraud, or account impersonation.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, 75bk may freeze the account and withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the withheld balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 75bk will attempt to notify you by email prior to classifying your account as dormant. A dormant account administration fee of ৳50 per month may be applied to the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be deactivated. Reactivation is possible by contacting customer support, subject to re-verification of identity.
